600g of foie gras fresh

1 apple "Golden"

20g of butter

Prepare apples: peel them and take out the core, cut in slices.

Put a little bit of butter inside the stove and cook the apples during 5-8 minutes. Reserve them with all the juice in the separate dish.

Slice the foie gras and put on the stove, cook during few minutes of each side.

Put on the dish the apples, then foie gras. Salt and pepper.

Enjoy this dish warm!
